Tuina Medical Therapy

I have tried many massage techniques and visited many massage therapists, but Pavel's Tui Na massage was like from another realm. He is great at creating safe space and meditative atmosphere and has very warm and friendly attitude. After massage, I felt refreshed and energized like after 2 weeks on vacation. It would be a mistake to miss his golden hands! :)

I was recommended pavel by a friend at the gym . We both go to a martial art gym so the sport we do is very active and includes alot of kicking /sparring..I have struggled with a sore back and hips for sometime which gets aggravated by kicking..whilst resting and stretching I was feeling this wasn't enough and not wanting to and won't stop my sport I decided to try pavel and have certainly not looked back. The treatment he does is very different to anything else but nothing else ive tried has helped ..whilst it's quite an intense massage it's also very relaxing in it's own way ..I certainly find I drift somewhere else ..at the end I feel stretched or ironed out as I call it and completely relaxed and the tightness gone . This guy is a genius..I now have maintance sessions every month just to keep me straight and just because its good to have that time to chill.

I really appreciate's Pavel's calm and knowledgeable approach. His treatment has helped me a lot with my recurrent lower back issues from working long hours at a computer. I highly recommend him.

Whist visiting family in Hebden Bridge for Christmas, we went for a really long walk and my shoes were borrowed. The next day my right hip was so painful and it affected my right foot from an old injury so walking was physically challenging. I googled massage places near by and found tuina therapy so left a message on the off chance he had any spots.Pavel phoned shortly after and we chatted and he could fit me in that day. Coming from Australia I was a bit nervous what techniques they were.My one hour appointment led to serious improvement beyond what I was expecting... Pavel told me to let him know if the pressure was too much. He really understood what the issues were as there were several due to over compensating due to pain. He did deep tissue massage and a few other types to release muscles. He advised I would be somewhat bruised the next day, which I was... But I had no pain what so ever the next day and was so impressed with my results. I live a very active life requiring constant maintenance for the various major and minor injuries picked up over the years. I've tried almost every type of therapy going, conventional and alternative, and I've have found Tuina to be my favourite form of massage therapy for general and physical wellbeing. It seems to have more of a holistic methodology to the therapy and Pavel is an excellent practitioner of this technique. He is very skilled and knowledgable in Tuina and has a lot of experience in other areas, a genuinely very well rounded and lovely individual who I'm happy to say has moved to Hebden Bridge, just down the road from me, winning!
