Jacqueline surpassed all expectations with a fantastic 10 course tasting menu for my wife as a surprise 30th birthday present. Jacqueline and I created a specific menu in advance with fantastic local ingredients - oysters, lobster, huss, beef and homegrown vegetables. Added to her amazing culinary skills, Jacqueline is also a highly charismatic host and incredibly knowledgeable about her craft.It was also great to see how passionate Jacqueline is in the sustainable side of the sourcing of her ingredients, which really added to the overall experience!

Had the absolute privilege of enjoying the culinary skills of Jacqueline and her team on a few occasions. I love her views on sustainability and use of local produce. Fantastic women showing that in a male strong industry how to be successful. Happily use her services again without hesitation.

I hired Jacqueline Wise Chefs to cater my birthday party at home. Jacqueline’s trained home chef cooked incredible food and was a great raconteur at the party as well, creating a wonderful mood. Would 100% recommend if you are looking to host a special event at home.

I have used Jacqueline and her team on many occasions to cater for dinner parties and family lunches. The food is always thoughtfully selected, prepared and presented. The tastes are exquisite, the serving is never rushed and best of all the kitchen at the end of the event is spotless.

Jacqueline and her team cooked a fabulous and totally delicious dinner for a family birthday celebration. We all loved the dining experience they offered, and found it very enjoyable to be looked after so well. They were a highly professional and very friendly team.
