If anyone is worried about joining a gym on they're own,, I can assure you not to be. I walked into Chf and was instantly greeted, made to feel at ease and I have never looked back since, great classes all diff and fun, large gym, ladies only gym, shower rooms awesome, chill out area, awesome friendly Pt instructors and lovely members, whom are always smiling. Hand on heart, I love this place, now like my second home.
