Another great service by Tim and team. Honest, reliable and friendly. A hidden gem. I had my Mot 2 days ago and have literally just noticed that they have banged out a dent on my bumper and really appreciate it. What a lovely thing to do. Many thanks poole Motors. Just adding to this review to say thankyou Tim for helping my neighbours family out at short notice today. They said they really appreciated it and said how honest and kind you were.

Eric and Tim have looked after my VW T5 Shuttle and Jaguar XKR for several years. Their service has been first class, possible future faults pointed out but NO PRESSURE. They are a great pair of dedicated motor engineers. Their last job for me was to replace a component on my XKR air conditioning and recharge the system. It now works perfectly and it didn't cost me the earth!
