Welcome cafe..first visit! £5.00 to include a meal and pudding and plenty of cups of tea/coffee. Nice to have a conversation in company!

My karate club started using this place as a training hall.I can't really rate any apparatus as we don't use any. I have to say that of all three training halls we've used over the years, I love the floor here as the best ever. Your bare feet seem to glide over it without it being slippy.

I was there for a Yoga class, the centre was nice and clean with toilets/changing room and a cafe.
