I am in my 40's and have been training with Kuk Sool Won in Edinburgh for nearly 5 years.It's an extremely well run school, with classes of mixed age, gender and ability but all very disciplined and focused on getting fit, flexible, and helping each other improve technically.Kuk Sool as a style is very varied - punches, kicks, joint locks, throws, forms, even weapons as you progress. So you'll never get bored.If you're looking for a martial art for yourself or your kids, or as an alternative to the gym, I can't remember KSW Edinburgh enough.

My kids have been going for over 2 years to this Dojang. They absolutely the martial art, learn great things by great instructors and most of all they have fun.
