I've been to this practice few times with my daughter. Our dentist Pooja and the dental nurse Gabi were very reassuring. It's a very nice atmosphere there, we are happy to go there every time.

I've been phoning for days at different times to make an appointment to have a tooth re-filled as the filling fell out a second time. Nobody answers the phone. I went to the surgery today at 4.50 pm to make an appointment personally but the door was locked and response to my knocks although lights were on.

Called up the surgery after reading the mixed reviews. Spoke to the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. The next day (Friday) I went there it was a different receptionist and she didn’t appear to be friendly or helpful. asked her if it was the same lady I spoke to the day before and the response was it wasn’t her. Just by this person’s attitude has deterred me from registering as a patient. The surgery is very dark and gloomy as you enter and doesn’t present a positive clinical appearance to a patient. The vibe isn’t good sadly, so off on my travels to find another dentist!

Absolutely awful - the receptionist is so rude and they are a very basic dentist. Can’t seem to be able to do anything without sending you to the hospital for X-rays as they don’t have basic equipment. Phoned in a real dental emergency. I was in so much pain and the receptionist was just horrible and unhelpful - ended up having to call 111 despite being registered there.

They are the best!!I got appointment next day. The team is very friendly and they can translate to many languages which is really great in the UK. Thats obvious the doctor has a huge experience, she saved the unsaveable teeth and made my smile as beautiful as Julia's at reception. I only can recommend this practice.

Fantastic service. Friendly, empathic response on the phone. Smiling, friendly welcome as I arrive. Highly professional, experienced & knowledgeable dentist who treats me as an individual and responds to my needs. They have been willing and able to provide emergency cover over the Christmas period.The ongoing support I have had from them over the years and particularly the last few months has been exemplary. I cannot rate them too highly.

Particular heartfelt compliments to Dr Shefali Pandit for her excellent clinical and communication skills and for the urgent and timely intervention she provided for my acute dental emergency. She explained my dental problems and the treatment options so well. Also, Juliana is so friendly and caring. All the staff are absolutely wonderful, very welcoming, very warm and caring. All are very hard working, treating patients daily even through their lunch breaks, and will still have a broad smile and an untiring positive approach towards patient care. I cannot compliment them enough! I feel fortunate to be a patient of this practice.Mahesh
