I couldn’t get my windscreen ordered in for a couple of weeks with Autoglass. However contacted Hilton Windscreens and they ordered and fitted my windscreen within 2 working days. I dealt with Dan and found the service from start to finish very prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

Very quick to take my money . However, the wrong window glass was ordered - no one taking responsibility . Despite promises from “the manager” to call me regarding a partial refund which is due now for one month - radio silence . I will continue to chase and have reported it to Mercedez Benz Stevenage .kudos to professionalism of lady in accounts and the on-site window fitter.

Left my car with a damaged wing mirror. Hanging off and they said they cannot do anything but take employees word.

I Dealt with Dan Homer, who seemed friendly, courteous and professional.Unfortunately, the work they did replacing a screen on my W126 500SE was horrendous. To begin with, they fitted the wiper arms the wrong way around. I then found that they had damaged a painted grille below the windsreen, which was covered with dents caused by a clumsy attempt to pry the wiper arms off. The damage was eventually repaired, when I was able to provide before and after photographs. They also sprayed an air freshener into the cabin that I did not request - months later I have still not been able to get rid of the smell.Absolute amateurs, who shouldn't be allowed to look through a windscreen, let alone replace one.
