Friend came over for the weekend so decided to have a few drinks as it was close to home. Had a great night listening to the singer while playing quite a few games of pool. Brought quite a few drinks and even though it ended up coming back up later that evening, it was a great night and no hangover which is always a bonus.

Best value pint of Guinness in the Harrogate area at £3.02 and very good it is too. Its a honest working man's pub so don't expect cocktails and fancy food.

My local and that's exactly what it is... Bar staff that watch out for you if you're regular, landlady who doesn't tolerate any rubbish and overall good vibes. Karaoke Fridays always a blast and the other regulars all friendly ✌️ also, cannot fault the prices!

Visiting in our Motor Home,, this is a proper locals pub with friendly staff and locals, made us feel welcome and low prices for beers ,,, pool table, sports TV.. Dog friendly,, Couldn't ask for more!

A pub with lots of character. Quiet during the daytime with tv’s showing sports and there’s a pool room. Decent seating areas with front and back outdoor seating.

Staff are great, unfortunately there seem to be some very bizarre covid restrictions still in place.For example there were lots of tables free outside and we're passing and fancied a quick pintWe were told we were not allowed to drink as kids were still restricted under the owners covid rules.So we went to the cons club instead.
