I took my IPhone SE 2020 to RiCall on the hope they could possibly at least take a look to see if there was a slightest chance they could fix it after coming in a swimming pool with me in olu deniz , to my amazement after ringing up to find ours if it could be repaired was told it needed a new screen and button for finger print recognition , was overjoyed and was told would be fixed in 35 minutes, brilliant service, customer service brilliant, would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in Gateshead area and beyond, I travelled from Blaydon to use them , don't just take my word , use them and find out, well done guys .
