Colin is an absolute champion! Booking the visit was easy and we were kept updated as to his arrival time. When he got here, very quickly it was clear that he was very knowledgeable (in particular on advice on how to maintain our appliances so we don't have to contact him in the future - what a gent). It really makes a difference when you're dealing with someone with integrity.

Kingfisher White Services are probably the best firm we've had the good fortune to deal with. They got Colin (who is a legend) out to look at our busted oven very quickly. He explained what needed to be done, talked us through the options and got the work done without any fuss. He was extremely diligent with regard to social distancing, and brought foot coverings, hand sanitizer and a mask for the job. Next time we have something that needs fixing, we won't think twice about going back to KWS.

Colin has provided an excellent service on two occasions now. First, fixing our oven, then on a different occasion our extractor fan and our leaking hot water cylinder. He has been careful of our house and provided exemplary workmanship and value for money. Highly recommended.

100% the best contractor I've used - EVER. Always prompt replies when I need work done, they liaise with tenants to gain access, they turn up when they say they will and they do a great job at a good price. What more could you wish for? Couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you Paula and Colin!

If I could give six stars I would, Paula (absolute legend) rang me back out of hours when I left a message saying we were having a dispute with our landlord about a washing machine, Colin (also an absolute legend) came round the next day and settled the dispute within a couple of minutes by ringing our landlord and explaining the problem, saving us a lot of money in the process. Amazing customer service, could not recommend these guys more, if you have any problems with any white goods these guys are the answer! Thank you

Best contractor I have ever dealt with in London. Honest, professional and knowledgeable. He explained very clearly how our boiler was fit for purpose. Quick and courteous, great sense of humour. Would totally recommend, not just for boiler maintenance but for all sorts of kitchen appliances work. (He even showed us how to replace the little lightbulbs on our extractor fan!) 10/10!

We used Kingfisher to repair a faulty dishwasher. Lived up to all the previous reviews - Paula was very helpful in arranging our booking and on the day Colin was prompt, professional and friendly. I particularly appreciated how he explained what he was doing / how the dishwasher functions, lots of useful advice.
