Martin and Chris did a great job in fixing a broken lock on my UPVC back doors. They showed me what was wrong and offered me a very reasonable quote for replacing a broken gear system. They were punctual, friendly and did a great job.I have used IKS in the past and would not hesitate to do again should the need arise.I highly recommend.

We needed several jobs sorting inside the house - fitting new locks, repairing doors that wouldn't shut properly, adjusting front door lock etc. They arrived & I expected to just get them to have a look and give a quote, but they came in and did all of the jobs on the spot! They went out and got any parts that they didn't have and did every job on the list instantly. Very impressed - I definitely recommend IKS!

We had an issue with our bi fold doors, we had seen several chancers that charged a consultation to view the issue with no actual solution. Martin & Chris came up with the solution, I cannot fault their attention to detail, the service, expertise, honesty and integrity of what they offer. I have no hesitation to promote these guys on and offline! I love the companies ethos.

I was worried about security on my door. I saw the reviews for IKS and thought I'd get in touch. Martin got back to me straight away snd asked me to send pictures of my door. He then called me back immediately to re assure me that my door is well secured and would not benefit from anything additional. This saved me money and put my mind at rest. Customer service was excellent.

I cannot rate IKS locksmiths highly enough. Not only did they come out the same day without charging extortionate prices but they gave very good advice and fixed our back door very well. The team responded to my message really quickly to help see what was wrong and what the solution could be. They came out the next working day to resolve the problem and now the door is fixed! Operated in a friendly and professional manor and would recommended and use them again :)

Excellent service. I had a locking mechanism that wouldn't let you close the door and be able to remove the key - something was jammed inside. Contacting IKS was very easy, and I was able to send photos and a description of the problem via WhatsApp. Quick response to my initial message. Arrranging a time to visit was easily done. Within a short time of arrival, the faulty lock had been replaced and the door reset on its adjustable hinges. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend.

Martin and Chris are great - I spoke to Martin on the Saturday when my front door lock broke - he offered to come out but said it would be much less expensive if I could wait till Monday.Chris arrived first thing Monday morning and replaced my lock in 20 minutes without needing to replace my keys. Really great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
