A great shop and very helpful, polite staff..apart from the store manager. She was downright rude to me today, for no reason. While I was being served by the very courteous girl at the till, and asking if she could explain something, she chipped in, made a rude remark to my wife and I and walked off. That said I will still shop here, as I do often, but hope I don't come across her again!

Its full of bargains so worth a visit. The shop is small though and can be really difficult to get around when it's busy especially if you have a pushchair. It would be really difficult with a wheelchair. This also means there's only a small choice in goods. Staff are normally friendly and helpful in there.

When they say the price has been reduced and then you see the original price underneath and it's same and you clearly can see it has been reduced properly- don't like it when you point this out and they don't hide the fact.

This outlet is quite small to move around. The sizes are about 2 sizes smaller, as I am size M, I had to find XL to fit.The shop assistant was quite helpful.Overall the prices were quite cheap, but you do get quality clothing.
