Can't thank Kirsty and her team enough.Having been passed for a mortgage but the house failing threw us out of kilter when we were told that our bank would support us for another house but not for this style of house. The house in questions was near the sea and built in 1901, we were unable to ascertain what the actual reason was but Kirsty made us aware what the likely reasons were.Whilst we could have looked for a different house, the style and period features are what appealed to us and we wouldn’t have chosen a different style just so we got a mortgage.
