unprofessional; they have 3-4 stores in Edinburgh; and if the desk lady would have told us that we arrived at the wrong one we would have had time to go to the right location; so annoying;It ruined my day...

Excellent service, very helpful and friendly staff.I was given an appointment with very short notice even during this COVID period. I was very worried about my eyesight for couple of days but after the appointment with very thorough examination and explanation by the optician made my mind at ease.Great customer service will go back again.

Impossible to reach, minimum 30 mins wait until someone picks up the phone and hangs up after.Ordered contacts lenses - never arrived! (even though I was advised it will take up to two weeks)Second month and still waiting!

Been in twice this week and the customer service is some the worst I have ever experienced. Rude, unhelpful, dismissive. Would avoid at all costs.

I had good experience at this branch back in 2017, so popped in again this time to get some reading glasses. Unfortunately, the experience could not be worse. Twice now Vision Express installed lenses for distance rather than for reading, despite me very clearly instructing that they were to be reading glasses. The lady at the front tried to insist it was my brain that wasn't adjusted to the new glasses (my prescription has not changed though). I could not read with the reading" glasses
