My Dad had already decided that he wanted Paul Capper to arrange my Mum's funeral as he had attended a funeral arranged by Paul some time ago and was very impressed by it.I have to say it was undoubtedly the right decision. From the start Paul was professional kind and extremely caring. Nothing was too much trouble and he made the whole process or us all to deal with.The service itself was beautiful and the Minister that Paul put us in touch with did a wonderful job. He spent a lot of time preparing for the service by asking us all about Mum's life. As as result the the service was very moving and personal to Mum and all her family.A big heartfelt Thank you to Paul and his team from all of us.

1st Class ServiceFrom the very first meeting thing were handled with dignity and respect.There was no rush to make decissions and guidance on various matters given freely which helped tremediously. On the day things went smoothly and again a high level of profession.Thank you to Paul and his team Doreen would have been pleased.

My father passed away in January 2017, and as we had used Paul Capper for my grandmothers funeral a few years prior and had had a good experience we decided as a family to use Paul again. We were not disappointed. From the very start Paul communicates effectively, is extremely sensitive and understanding of the families needs and is incredibly professional. He and his staff kept us up to date at all times as to where we were with the process, and he was very clear during the initial meeting about how things were going to happen and what we needed to do as a family. I can honestly state that Paul's courtesy, professionalism and quiet manner hugely contributed to our sense of closure and mental well-being during this difficult period. Paul dealt with sensitive family matters (regarding invitations), ensured my father was perfectly presented when laid 'in state', and even went above and beyond to make sure my father was collected from hospital in good time; a very considerate matter that was much appreciated by the family. Every ask was provided for and he was available 24/7 to discuss any issue as it arose. On the day itself, Paul and his team and the vehicles are immaculate and generate the perfect sense of occasion that a day like this deserves. Orders of service, administration, announcement via the newspaper and many other items were provided and absolutely nothing slips his attention to detail. We could not have asked for better service; many thanks to Paul and his staff for making the process and the day itself hassle-free and extremely dignified. In recent months we as a family requested the services of Paul Capper and Eastliegh’s IFD to plan for my Godmother’s funeral. From the very start Paul has been the ultimate professional; calm yet compassionate and with a very discrete personal manner. Paul provided much needed guidance and counsel, and offered suggestions which were entirely appropriate and fitting for the church and cremation service this week. Paul and his team were immaculately presented at all times, and the care they took with everything, especially in producing such a lovely Order Of Service, was exceptional. I just wanted to say how fantastic Paul and his team were when we were organising Mum's funeral. They were compassionate and professional at all times and we were so pleased we chose them to help us say our final goodbyes. They guided us all the way and provided much needed support to us all. The level of dignity, care and attention to detail that Paul exhibited throughout the whole process of dealing with the tragic loss of our Father was remarkable. As our Dad was a retired army officer, Paul ensured that a fitting and appropriate service and tribute was made through his own contact with the local Royal British Legion branch.
