I had a pleasant experience at Biobank. The staff were very polite and made sure I was at ease. There wasn't too much waiting time between scans and other parts of the process. There were fruits, biscuits and water laid out in the separate areas. Brilliant!!!

Volunteered for a study they were doing and spent an interesting 4 hours with them. Friendly staff took me through the process. Results are used anonymously.

Looks a little odd from the outside because it's on a small industrial estate but once you step through the doors you are in a first class research facility,all the staff were very friendly and efficient.

Well like is not really correct if you've never had a body scan you wouldn't volunteer for one but the staff were very nice, helpful and courteous and we felt it worthwhile to contribute to the database
