Literally the best toy shop in London! Pingo Pongo is a treasure trove for children and has an incredible selection of toys at every price point for all ages. Nikki, is so knowledgeable and helpful. She has curated a range of toys that are not only educational and unique but capture children’s imagination and creativity and many of the toys are wooden and eco friendly. I now only go to Pingo Pongo to purchase toys!

Pingo Pongo is such a brilliant shop for children and babies. Probably the best selection of toys, books, games, clothes, gifts and bits for their bedrooms. Every single item has been carefully selected by the owners of the shop and has something special about it. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome and our children encouraged to have a play with anything that was out and to feel free to touch and ask questions. The owner was very knowledgeable about all the items gave us excellent recommendations.If you are after a gift for a child or baby, Pingo Pongo is idefinitely worth a trip to as you'll have the best selection and the best help to find something perfect. All price ranges covered, pocket money up to special occasion. Even all the stocking fillers are special. I'll definitely be back before Christmas and hope this shop thrives. A special place.

Pingo Pongo is an exceptional shop with the most caring staff I have ever encountered. They recommended some gifts for my 9-year-old great niece who is in the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. They were absolutely perfect recommendations and Nikki even walked over to the hospital and delivered them personally, which was definitely above and beyond. I cannot recommend them highly enough and they have really restored my faith in humanity. Thank you so so much x

During the lockdown, Nicki at Pingo Pongo offered the most fabulous service for our daughter’s birthday. We made contact through the number on the home page of the website and she immediately replied to our request with photos of the options available and arranged for delivery all beautifully wrapped and with a balloon. The perfect local toy shop with thoughtful and beautiful toys with exemplary service. If I could give 10Stars I would.

I'm usually rather hesitant when it comes to buying toys as most kids own too much anyway. Also I'm not a fan of plastic toys. But shopping at Pingo Pongo is so exciting, as they offer such a wide range of wonderful and also educational toys. The owners choose their products with care and provide great advice. This is the perfect store if you are looking for a special gift. I'll definitely be back.

Getting a gift for my first daughter after my second one was born in CW Hospital. Rakesh not only spent significant time on walking me though his inventory after I described my daughter's age and interests, but he also took time to reflect on being the father of three girls. Thank you! My daughter loves the Djeco Little Action set you recommended and took it to nursery for Show & Tell.

We were simply visiting friends in London and were in search for some presents. We found the store on Google and what a pleasant surprise it was when we arrived! High-quality, smart toys that combine entertainment, creativity and skills. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up buying toys for our kids as well. Highly recommended!

Pingo Pongo is one of the best toy shop I have ever visited. I loved the fact that the toys didn't require batteries (and so aren't noisy!) and some were ethically sourced made from reclaimed materials was great. Our little one also had a great time visiting the store and playing with the selection of toys which were out... a great idea, you can then actually buy something you know they will enjoy! great store!
