I honestly couldn't be more pleased with the entire process of having DMS master and press our debut vinyl Lp, from the wonderful friendly and professional customer service all the way through to the end product, which is the best it could it possibly be, for attention to detail at every part of the process could not have been higher. We messaged DMS so we could get our album in CD form. It was a super easy process. Mark and the team were super helpful making sure the formats of the images were spot on; image placement was correct and font size was clear. We are mega happy with the result and to have a physical copy of my bands work is quite surreal! We will be coming back for their services again!

DMS handled a special product release for my Rockosmos Label. They were attentive, great communcators and the entire project was handled ultra professionally and the outcome was better than I could ever have hoped for.The results speak for themselves.

So far we have only pressed one album through DMS , but we will not be going through anyone else fro any future vinyl releases. They are very friendly, and made sure that our release was the best that it could be. We had lots of questing with it being our first release, and they were always quick to answer any questions we had. They have the best prices no matter what country you are ordering from. WE highly recommend them.

The finished item looks good, feels, good, and sounds good. The CDs even arrived earlier than I expected. All my expectations exceeded. Anyone thinking of producing a CD should put DMS top of their list!

An unforgettable experience. I was totally overwhelmed with where to start with starting to even design an album until I was introduced to DMS. I submitted a very basic enquiry on the website asking some questions and I was responded too very quickly by Mark. The process which (in the beginning) seemed to make me feel very anxious and overwhelmed turned into a smooth running operation with a 'can do' attitude from DMS. Mark answered every question thrown at him and nothing was too much trouble. He gave quotes on extras but was never too pushy, gave advice and most of all was very patient. This is my very first album launch so It needed to be spot on, I couldn't have asked for anything more from this company. Once the confirmation was sent I was passed to design and production team where I spoke to Ben & Melissa, both were just at helpful as Mark. Hints and tips were passed to me and guidance was given - extremely fast response times from this company was the first thing I remember about my experience. I'll definitely be recommending DMS & I can't thank the team enough for their support. I now have the finished product nearly 2 weeks ahead of schedule and I couldn't be happier.
