Matthew Winder has worked so hard on my daughters behalf .He was professional throughout , but was also approachable and always available for advice . Phone calls and emails were always answered promptly , and the whole process from start to finish was a lot faster than we anticipated ! And the final outcome was a fantastic one ! Disgusted with the way I was treated after my husband set me and my family on fire in the middle of the nightThey were well aware I had no money till thehouse was soldYet have still sent me to court for their money and now im getting threats of visits from bailiffs even though speaking to them on several occasions and being reassured that they had no problem with waiting until house was sold
