Great communication and attitude from the staff and Jay . They were very helpful when I had a problem with a product ….even sent me a how to video to identify the problem part so they could replace it . Will definitely use them again.

We bought a 50 ton press in May 2017 for well over £1000 and by December it had broken and was not applying pressure to partsThe original seller had gone under so we approached Cannon, they say because the seller had gone bust we had no warranty and cannon wouldn't help us.Pretty poor show from the importer of these toolsThe Neilsen brand is imported by Cannon but doent carry spares for our item (and I assume other items too), we couldn't even get replacement seal kits for the inbuilt hydraulic ram!!!!These goods are simply cheap imported goods from China with no warranty, spares or repairs.The warranty is non existent, customer service is poor and the tool quality even worse. Definitely worth paying a little extra for someone who makes good quality tools. We know we learnt the hard way!

Rude, and don't take responsibility for a broken part. Also play ignorant, and swearing at customers? Disgusting behaviour. Avoid at all cost.

Very poor quality tool,manufactured incorrectly and terrible response from people who should know better.You get what you pay for, is an over used saying , however it still holds true.

Bought a mower on e-bay and found it was supplied by Neilson, so phoned them as asking for spare parts etc. Found that they could not be more helpful, then if I'd purchased it new from them. Thank you great service Jay.

Their service is quite simply unrivalled by any other supplier we use. You can place an order by 1pm and it will always come the next day. In my 12 years in business I have never received better service. As a business owner confidence and reassurance is vital for us and Cannon Tools deliver on both counts without fail.
