Hi good peopleI would like, better still feel I must write another review for mail boxes NewcastleI have called them 3 or 4 times recently to collect pack and deliver lots that I had won at an auction house that they collect from. Each time I deal with them they are great on the phone. All I have to do is give them the auction house name and the auction date and lot numbersSometimes they have been able to look at the lots from their office and quote immediately. The next time I hear from them is when they have picked up my items and it’s time to pay. Because I have so much faith in them I now pay by bank transfer. They then say when they will be able to ship my parcel ( which they have packed extremely well, your delicate items are packed really safely) so far all my parcels have arrived the next day.Other companies I have called for a collect pack and delivery quote charge much more than Mbe. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation ie needing something collected packed and delivered call these great people to do it for you because I’m sure they actually care about getting it right. I apologise for length of review.

Very pleased with the service sending 2 porcelain vases to Malaysia. I particularly appreciated the fact that I was given shipping options and also payment method options. The packing was very compact and this saved on shipping costs which I found to be very reasonable. Andrew was incredibly patient and helpful handling my queries via email throughout

Been using MBE Newcastle for over 7 years now and Andrew and Regan always provide a fantastic service. Good communications , quick, reasonably priced and pack fragile glass expertly. Most recently they handled an order of 250kg of glass photographic slides and did a perfect job.
