We experienced multiple faults in our home after changing the Router. The most difficult to rectify was the HEOS music centre. Potters Home Digital sent James who was amazing, he had great patience with the, as it turned out,multiple problems. With considerable expertise and knowledge, all is now well. I cannot recommend highly enough. My TV broke on Christmas Eve and with all the big shops shut in our area due to lockdown, I called Potters Home Digital. Within 1 hour I had the TV of my choice delivered to my house.Forget the large chains, Lance and his team offer the best shopping experience and at very competitive prices.

Alex Jones and his wonderful team, in this instance Toby, have once again done a five star job. They have found me a fantastic TV, saving me hours of time researching. To finish off they even set up the TV for me, and made improvements to our existing sound system and WIFI. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I told Gavin what i was looking for and why. I was clear about my budget and oh boy did he come through. I now have the record player system i have always wanted. The sound quality is amazing at every level, i am sure my neighbours really appreciate, the clarity even at hi volume.I won't be going anywhere else from now on and will be telling anyone who will listen about Potters

Toby and Neil brought back and fitted our repaired TV. Their knowledge and expertise is exceptional. They were totally professional. They worked in a noisy and disruptive situation, as a former neighbour popped round with her boisterous 4 & 6 year old daughters. Add into the mix our Labrador they managed the situation incredibly well. We have two TVs and both were fully checked before they left. 5 star service.John Atkins CBE
