Smart Cabs (Broxburn)

Cab booked to take my elderly neighbors to St.Johns with me going with them. Cab arrived on time with very friendly female driver (sorry didn't get her name) she couldn't have been more helpful going above and beyond to ensure we got to right department safe and sound ❤️❤️ a real credit to your company please thank her on our behalf (her car was a white Skoda very clean & tidy) wouldn't hesitate to recommend & use your cabs again.Jim 17/08/22

Not great is 20 minutes late, booked a taxi for 7pm it is currently 7.18 and still no taxi.....we are meant to be somewhere at 7 30 sharp. Really not good

Booked return journey from EDI airport as we were advised they would track the flight arrival and be there for us. Flight was delayed and we were advised by text on arrival that our booking had been cancelled. No explanation given. Tried to rebook but the app was not responsive. Phoned and received an apology and a new booking. Can't fault the drivers (there and back) or the operator we spoke to, but the app is poor and the last thing you want after a long flight is the hassle of sorting out onward travel that you thought was already arranged.

Phone operator takes no responsibility whatsoever.Booked a taxi for a very important journey 2-hours in advance. When it didn't turn up, rang to check only to be told they will look for a driver and send as soon as possible". In frustration reminded that the car was booked several hours ago & if they cannot provide a guaranteed service all they had to do was say so at the time of booking. Lady was arrogant

Very helpful customer service, fast arrival and friendly driver!

Used them today for a 15-minute journey. Price was fair, service was good. The driver was polite and had a really good chat. Will use again if in the area

Terrible service. My daughter phoned for taxi as she was late to work. She has been charged £25 from Kirkliston to South Queensferry...It's absolutely joke!..
