Stratstone Land Rover Service Centre Tottenham

Poor booking experience. I booked a service on the 7th of November via the website for the 2nd of December as I required a courtesy car. Received an email the next day from customer service that the courtesy car is only available on the 4th Dec so agreed to change the date. However, 4 days before the service was due, received a text message saying the courtesy car would not be available and the customer service representative asking if I would like to find out the next day when the car would be available, now my service date has passed and I am yet to hear from the said person on availability. I have not experienced unprofessionalism at this level in my life. Will avoid this dealership in future.

Overall a positive experience. Oz and team had good customer service skills, and explained in detail what was happening with my car. Great experience,! Would recommend this service centre!

The updates, when received, were disappointing - crucial parts were unavailable, and despite the vehicle being essential for transporting a disabled family member, no courtesy car was provided.The lack of professionalism persisted. Calls to the service centre were met with prolonged waits or simply ignored. Promised callbacks never materialized. Unfortunately, this disregard for customer care appears to be a recurring theme, evident in numerous other negative reviews about this service centre.As a consequence of this distressing experience, my friend, who once had intentions to invest further in Land Rover products, has made a resolute decision against it. Despite being a loyal customer with a Range Rover Velars company fleet, he will no longer consider spending a single penny on Land Rover.Our advice to potential Land Rover customers is crystal clear: explore other options. Plenty of providers offer superior service and products. Sarah at reception is a real credit to Land Rover Tottenham. She has exceptional customer service skills and always volunteers very useful advice regarding the maintenance and upkeep of Land Rovers. She provides regular updates and never misses to call to inform me when vehicle is ready for collection. Of equal note, she appears to actually enjoy her job which isn’t very common nowadays.Thank you!

Awful experience.Sent my Range Rover in over 3 weeks ago for someone to take a look at a Reduced Performance issue!Second time it’s been in with this issue but that’s another story.Was told it required some parts and 3 weeks later I’m still waiting.Updates and communication absolutely non existent unless I chase.Customer service appalling.Really badly run centre.Only today when I threatened to take the car did they say that maybe they could offer a courtesy car - this should have been offered weeks ago!Needless to say I’m taking the car tomorrow and will find another dealer to sort the issue.Avoid at all costs.

Very good customer service especially Oz who has been amazing in helping and advising me with the issues I have had with my Jaguar Epace. He is very professional and knowledgeable and always goes out of his way to fix the problem. Thank you so much Oz.

I dealt with Stratstone Tottenham for the first time. It was excellent experience. Shanti was very helpful on the phone. Peter picked up and dropped back my car. He is very gentle and respectful person. Full marks for them.
