Morndyke Parrot Sanctuary

The owner and the sanctuary deserve 5 stars, from the way it is run.Also the love and attention the birds receive is second to none.

A marvellous place where rescued birds can live out their lives in safety and comfort. The love and respect from the owner for their birds shines through and restores your faith in humanity. The visit was tailored to our needs. I was a little nervous and safety clothing was provided. However I absolutely loved being close to the birds and hand feeding them was just amazing. They were so gentle! Special shout out must go to Cooper, my new best friend! He should be on commission because I already want to return to see him! Many thanks.

A most amazing place, where parrots, who have suffered years of neglect or poor treatment, enjoy a happy and safe environment. Here they can make friends and stretch their wings for the first time . Highly recommended!
