I had a wonderful personalised experience with Theo & Neggin. What exceptional customer service. They made me feel like more like they were really interested in me as a person rather than what they can sell me/customer. Working in a serviced based industry myself this is the kind of service that created loyal customers & keep them coming back. If I could rate you 10 stars I would. An amazing experience, sandie and Becky were absolutely wonderful and very welcoming. Sandie helped me find a wonderful vanilla scented shower and bath product without forcing me to purchase anything else which was lovely as a lot of cosmetic companies really try to push everything on you.The store was clean and delightful to walk into and I look forward to my return next month when payday comes. While I was in Brighton I visited the shop after being informed on a previous visit that refills were available for my Black peppercorn perfum.There was a bit of a hiccup with the refill machine but the young manager managed to fix it.Would like to mention how lovely the manager and the sales assistant with the beautiful curly hair are . What a fantastic asset they are in your shop.Thank you so much for looking after us and see you on our next visit.

Theo is adorable! I love coming into this store. Theo is the kindest soul and very happy to help. The level of service is excellent. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who desires high end customer service and beautiful products.

10/10The staff in here are exceptional- especially the lovely women with the blonde hair who served me (apologies I did not catch her name) but she was above and beyond. Helped show me the products, gave me some great tips, and answered all my questions. Very professional, happy and kind! All the products smell fab too! ❤ Thank you!

You could not ask for friendlier staff when you walk in, who don't only make you feel welcome but have the most expert knowledge on recommending products that suit you. As a gender non-conforming women, I was particularly pleased that I was not directed towards the gender stereotypical products. The Black Pepper reed defuser that I brought smells incredible and Theo, who served me, was so easy to talk too - thank you to the lovely Brighton Molton Brown Team :)
