Went for a minor procedure on one Saturday. Excellent service, experienced staff, Mr Contractor (the surgeon who did the procedure)and the nursing staff were very professional, explained procedure clearly, eased my mind of. Good communication, follow up and aftercare. Keep up the good work, and thank you for all your help.

Never help with anything and never check me over properly so decided to move. The new place im at is so much better.

The practice is like many others, busy!Despite this it continues to provide a great service. We've used the practice for over 18 years and have nothing but positive comments to make.They've stopped posting details of the number of surgery hours lost to missed appointment but I'm sure this is still poor and the practice cannot be blamed for patients failure to attend.Waiting times for appointments are, in my experience, better than other practices locally, I base this on conversations with my work colleagues in the area. If you are willing to see any GP that will cut your wait times down. However, if the need is urgent an on call doctor is available and can often help on the day.im genuinely saddened to see the negative reviews here. However, I trust the practice to put improvements in place to help resolve these issues providing they have been formerly raised to their attention.

The worst doctors in Sunderland. They are not interested in helping people. I was laughed out of the surgery by a doctor when l asked for help with constant pain I suffer in my leg.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A truly terrible GP practice - so relieved to have changed. Very difficult to get an appointment and the repeat prescription service is beyond farcical. Most of the girls on reception have no patient skills (I have no idea what they're doing in this line of work) and I wouldn't trust one of the GP's within the practice with my life.Also, the downright disgusting treatment my mother received from aforementioned GP whilst dying from cancer will be painfully remembered for the rest of my life.Dr Singh - an excellent doctor, and gentleman - is the one saving grace in this otherwise abysmal excuse for a primary care service.

The only reason this has one star is because you have to click on one before it will let you rate this terrible practice AVOID this practice at all costs , my daughter saw the most useless and patronising doctor known to man HE should be struck off did not want to help my daughter at all !! DISGUSTING! It's practices like this one that make the NHS look bad !

I saw the reviews on here and just thought it has to be said that this has been my doctors since birth and have never had a bad experience always brilliant staff advice can't praise it enough

Absolute disgrace reception staff have attitude problems doctors don't care nearly a hour late for phone appointment tried calling phone taken off so only gives a busy tone not worried about abnormalities on blood tests not worried about ongoing health conditions only thing they are worried about is a paycheck will have too look for another gp playing chicken on the M1 is less of a hazard.tpo your health than this place

The worst... my mother had breast cancer and she had infection of the breast, that infection came back and when my mother rang for an appointment today on 26th Feb 2016 for a perscription of antibiotics as she only had two left the receptionist told her she will have to wait a week for an appointment!!! DISGRACFUL... I will be making a complaint to the medical board!!!!!!
