Dicky Bag

I've have purchased 3 dickybags as well as the treat bag and a larger bag - all in 2022. They are really lovely and so useful - well used on a daily basis. Unfortunately, one of the dickybags failed with the zipper coming detached from the material on a section of the zip. I purchased a replacement and mentioned the zipper failure to the owner - I was rather taken aback by the response which was quite defensive and basically blamed user error. I hadn't asked for a replacement or repair (& I had already just purchased a replacement) but I was hoping for better customer service as the bag that failed was only 5 months old. The owner told me I had been using the zip incorrectly - quite baffling why so defensive when it is so easy to give good customer service. A simple credit or discount on the replacement (even though I hadn't asked for it) would have been far more effective in giving good customer service (having spent over £200) and would have avoided negative feedback. 3 stars as the other bags have not failed yet (which also suggests that I know how to use a zip).

I've had my Dicky bag a few years now and it's brilliant. Really well made and does the job enhancing every dog walk. I wish I'd bought one years earlier. Wouldn't be without one now!!! I have 2 large dogs so have the XL size which is big enough. Brilliant product.

Transforms walks with my 3 dogs from rather yukky with lumpy, smelly poo bags in hand, to a complete pleasure! Great design, My favourite bit of dog kit!

Been using these for years, since they first launhed. Wouldn't be without mine. So worth the investment and although they last pretty much a lifetime, I can't resist buying different colours and designs.Can't recommend them highly enough, all products are British made and fantastic quality. Bought many as gifts for doggy friends too.

Very useful piece of kit, wouldn’t be without it for my two dogs, we are often on walks with a lack of bins so this is perfect, we are in Cornwall too so glad to support a Cornish company.

Bought this during last lockdown as a lot of the bins near me weren’t emptied. Perfect solution , especially when out walking on moors or beach. Highly recommended!

The bags are extremely high quality, and a fantastic design. A must have item for any dog owner! The website is also fab.
