Nigel rang me back first thing Monday morning after I left him a voicemail at the weekend. I explained the oven on my range cooker wasn't working and I was looking for a repair. Before booking that in he suggested I check the clock first ... good job too! Turned out my son had messed with it and turned it to auto which meant the cooker wouldn't go on. Nigel's kind suggestion meant I could rectify the problem at zero cost :) He will be the go to go for all future repairs now!
