Alan is a great guy, he was able to sort our aging hot tub, and advised on whether things were needed or not to save us money. Worked quickly and efficiently. Very professional.

What a find! Alan fixed our ailing hot tub with great efficiency and expertise. He is also courteous and friendly. He takes the time to explain what is going on in a way that we can understand and is kind and patient while being a cutting-edge pro at the same time. We are so fortunate that he is local to us here in Devon. His fees are completely reasonable, too. Now that he has fixed our hot tub, we will be calling on him again soon for a service and refill before we swing into the summer months.

Very pleased to have found & used South West Spas Ltd, Alan is very knowledgeable and professional. Having tried other local companies, who had failed to fix the problems on a 14 year old Catalina Spa. Alan arrives and finds all of the faults and amazingly has all the parts needed to repair it in a couple of hours and actualy enjoyed working in awkward conditions. Hand on heart I can't rate Alan highly enough. I spent several months trying to get my hot tub serviced yet was continually let down by numerous companies. I also had an issue with it tripping the electrics in my laundry room each time the tub was turned on. One chap told me this was absolute nonsense (so I'm relieved he didn't service it!!). I came across Alan's very professional web site. On the list of 'common problems' was tripping electrics so I sent him an email. Alan stated (as all others had) it would be several weeks before he could attend. I had been let down so much I honestly didn't expect him to show up, but true to his word he did. He was bang on time, found the fault which he fixed there and then. As this took some time he had to come back to service it. Again, true to his word he showed up, did a stunning job of servicing it, water change, filters, cleaning it etc...I used for it for the first time last night and was so grateful for his expertise in a fixing and servicing it. Alan was superb. Secured a new pump at a competitive price, using details I supplied. When it transpired my pump was a slightly unusual fit he adapted it to fit. Just the sort of engineer you need when things aren’t straightforward. Highly recommended.

Alan was excellent and able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Really friendly, great communication and superb service. Our hot tub has never worked better! Highly recommended.

Alan fitted us in a short notice. Being dramatic here but he was a life saver, as the hot tub was in our occupied holiday rental. He was superb and will be servicing and looking after our hot tub from now on. Highly recommended and really nice to have someone so reliable and professional...a hot tub whisperer for sure.

Alan came to service my hot tub today and did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my queries happily. He clearly knows his trade very well and went above and beyond to ensure all elements of the hot tub internals were checked and serviced. He replaced one of the capacitors in one of the pumps to prolong the pumps life which was another bonus. After researching other companies his full service was much more comprehensive and cheaper than most. I would thoroughly recommend Alan for all your pool and hot tub needs.
