Exceptional customer service at Farrows Vehicle Logistics and Recovery. Every year my car comes here for its annual service/to send off for MOT, winter checks and any other issues if they arise. I trust them entirely and my other family members use them too they are so good. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service from Eddie and Rich always. They are friendly, reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I had an accident in my car late Sunday afternoon and the next morning Farrows Vehicle Logistics and Recovery arrived and took my car back to the garage to assess and fix and it was back home by tea time! Would never take my car anywhere else.

Polite, friendly and reassuring. Their Customer Service was outstanding.I am new to the area and live on my own, my car broke down on the side of the road. They were so helpful, within 25 minutes were on scene to recover my car back to their garage with a promise to have a look at it so it can be fixed. Thank you so much

Would highly recommend this company. The mechanic helped us transport a vehicle. He was excellent in doing his job and perfect customer service! He asked if I could write a review to see if there was any room for improvement......I say don't change a thing keep on doing what you are doing!!! Thank you very much for your help... I had my car towed today and the guy was so friendly and took really good care of my car and made sure the tow hook didn’t hit my intercooler or bumper. They was super helpful on the phone. Really good pricing and fast response time so I would definitely recommend to anyone.

2nd time I've used farrows and honestly cannot fault a thing. Broken down on the way home one phone call and I was dropped at my door an hour later. Easily one of the best in the business whether it's a modified classic beetle or a family car.
