Where to start! Yvette was very welcoming. She put me at ease immediately. What a lovely lady. The treatment room had a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. I had a wonderful foot spa and reflexology treatment. Yvette was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions regarding the treatment. Once the reflexology had finished, I felt fantastic, and that feeling has lasted several days so far. I would highly recommend Yvette, and I will definitely be returning for more treatments.

I’ve just come back from my first ever reflexology treatment with Yvette - I can not recommend her highly enough. She worked on so many parts of my body via reflexology and I can genuinely feel the difference already after just 1 session!The treatment room is really easy to find, the room itself is spacious but relaxing, clean and just a touch of tranquility. Harmony Holistics is a place I go to for peace and calm. Yvette is amazing. She understands what is going on with your body and life and adapts the treatments accordingly. I go for facial reflexology, as I cannot bear anyone touching my feet! I find it restful and can identify areas of concern, usually followed by Yvette checking at the end if something is going on! She also doesn’t mind when I fall asleep and snore through treatments! I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Yesterday I had my first reflexology session with Yvette. I had found Harmony Holistics through the internet and was guided by the great reviews.On entering the treatment room and meeting Yvette I immediately felt at ease.The treatment room has a wonderful relaxing atmosphere, looking and smelling lovely and Yvette has a way of making you feel relaxed and as though you've known her for years.Time was taken to talk through the treatment process and fill in the required forms before the treatment began.I was not disappointed with the reflexology and the time flew as I drifted off, waking to feel relaxed and as though I'd had a full massage.I will definitely be visiting again and look forward to trying one if the other therapeutic treatments provided.Thank you Yvette, I really did feel rejuvenated!

I have been to Yvette many times now. Each time she is fantastic and really listens to me about my body and muscles. I have another treatment booked in for 2 weeks time. I highly recommend deep tissue massage, reflexology and facials! Thanks Yvette!
