The old PC was getting very slow, and MSOffice stopped working. Dropped it into Steven @ Crown and he replaced the drive and generally sorted it out. Now completely transformed, and with so much less cost and hassle than replacing it. Great service and very reasonable, I'd definitely recommend Crown, and will use them again if the need arises.

My ageing PC misbehaved, and Steve understood the problem, replacing the hard drive (after running the machine for 2 days), and sorting out software etc. Very happy with the result and reasonable costs. Recommended.

I contacted Steven on New Year's Eve because my laptop went into complete meltdown. He responded very quickly, I dropped my laptop round on New Year's Day and collected it within a few days. He had retrieved vital date and repaired the hard drive, he kept me regularly updated and was professional and efficient at all times. I have no hesitate in recommending him and would certainly contact him with any further computer needs.

I recently used Steve at Crown Computer Repair to copy all my documents etc., on to a new laptop. Not being very technically minded myself I thought there was bound to be problems but no, everything went incredibly smoothly. Steve was so helpful in answering my questions and giving advice.
