Used their services at the Sheraton Heathrow in London. I had a reservation but arrived early. They were sweet, professional and nice. Extremely pleasant, conducted test while explaining what they were going to. Excellent service with excellent technicians.

My husband and i needed permission to fly certificates to get home from London to the USA. I was a nervous wreck because i had previously tested positive for covid and we had to stay in London for an additional ten days before we could leave. The staff was wonderful! Highly recommend them!

Kevin is the go to guy for your quick (and mostly painless) Covid testing needs. Located in the hotel so no need to wait in long lines at airport. On my next travel I will be coming back to Medical and Rescue if testing is still required. Quick, fair priced, great customer service, knowledgeable and professional customer service. WELL DONE

Both my mother and I were so impressed with the dedication of the service. It was undertaken with such professionalism and kindness. The care was extremely efficient and everything was done very clinically from head to toe even though it was outside on the forecourt of the hotel. Every step to make my mother as comfortable as possible was done and done speedily without loosing any care and this was brought through to when she was wheelchaired into the hotel room. Every step of her care was very carefully explained to her clear and precise. Just what you expect from ex-services. Thank you to each and everyone concerned in the care of my mother’s medical emergency.

My husband and I needed COVID tests to fly home. We arrived too late for office hours and were so thankful that Shaheen came back to the hotel/office to test us so that we could fly back to the states!! She was not only extremely professional so we were very comfortable with her care, but very warm and caring! We would recommend her and Medical & Rescue to any of friends.

Kevin went out of his way to make sure our needs were met after some technical difficulty with the testing system. We really appreciate his personal attention when we were in a tight spot. We needed our covid test for an early morning flight and so he stayed late on a Saturday evening. Great job Kevin! We would highly recommend this service.

We had our out of hours covid tests on the 27th August for our cruise. The process was so quick and simple that the four of us were good to go in no time. We stayed at the Sheraton Heathrow, which is where they were located, so ideal for just before our flight. I want to give a big shout to the staff. They are really friendly and made the process so easy.

Service was so convenient right on site, Nick was super kind when I called to schedule and took me right away so that I could be comfortable visiting family and not accidentally exposing them to COVID. He performed the swabs and was super patient w/my nervousness, and while we waited for my result, we chatted and it was great. I wish Nick was at my doctors office at home! This couldn’t have been a better experience and was worth every £! Can you imagine having a pleasant COVID testing experience? Well this was it! Thank you again! P.S. I’m negative so off to enjoy the city!

I have been aquainted with Medical and Rescue for sometime through a business and friendly relationship with APP Kevin Wheal. Upon getting a job with a regular client, part of the Job and a SAG requirement was a registrant was part of the medical team. I contacted Kevin and asked if he was available. He made booking his services easy and hassle free and was upfront about his fees. On the day he brought all kit requested as part of the contract and was professional, pleasant and the day went off without a hitch. Many thanks for a 5 star service.

Medical and Rescue provided First Aid cover for our Hospice Woodland Walk for Woking and Sam Beare Hospice in Sept. 2022. They were professional, reliable and very personable. They were great to work with and I would definetly recommend them. We were in safe hands.
