This was my first visit to Lumiere MediSpa - what a fabulous experience. The reception team were so welcoming and after a relaxing few minutes in my own waiting pod with complimentary delicious herbal tea and relaxation oil on my pulse points, I was seen by Nicola. She was so professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything and listening to my concerns, I immediately felt at ease and confident that what she was suggesting was exactly the right course of treatments for my needs. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Nicola and Lumiere MediSpa.

Lumiere Medispa's customer service is exceptional, every member of staff I have encountered has been so helpful and cheerful. From the moment that you step in the door, there is an air of calm and relaxation. Both Emma and Amie have both been wonderful and I have been so impressed with the care that goes into each appointment. They don't rush, explain everything in great detail and carefully answer any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Emma is so knowledgeable and attentive, always explaining the reasons behind the treatment recommended for my skin. The results have been lifechanging! I’ve had two DMK Enzyme treatments with Emma. At first I was so nervous, but Emma’s sweet and kind demeanor put me right at ease. I feel so safe and taken care of each time I enter Lumiere. You can tell the staff really care for the patient’s needs. Emma is also extremely knowledgeable on all things skincare and does such a great job explaining everything and addressing all of your concerns.

I met with Nicola Belson at Lumiere Medispa in Headington on Wednesday 25th October for a consultation to assess my concerns over loss of lower facial volume due to the aging process. The consultation was very detailed and informative. Nicola was very approachable, with a friendly manner and yet very professional. She took her time with me ensuring I understood the aesthetic treatment process and what I can expect. I have been left in no doubt. Nicola is an experienced Aesthetic Nurse with whom I look forward to haveing a staged" treatment programme."
