I recently purchased a car (not from Llanelli Motor Company) that was missing service history. I managed to trace some mots we're carried out by Llanelli. I contacted them to see if they had anything on file for my car. They called me to say that had received my email and would send what they had. They then sent me all the documents via email. Very grateful and out of the 5 gsrages I contacted only these helped. Thank you

I have recently bought a car from Wayne at Llanelli Motor Company. The service I received was exceptional. Looking at the service records, he noted that the mileage on the car meant it needed a timing belt and water pump changed. This was completed at no extra charge and in the time he promised. He dealt with the sale efficiently and honestly. I would not hesitate to recommend Llanelli Motor Company as a company to deal with for their expertise and fairness.

I am nothing but impressed with the level of service I recieved from Wayne. I was shopping around for a new car for quite a while and discovered this beautiful Infiniti Q50.Living up in Newcastle, I was sure the deal would never work out. But Wayne reassured me the whole way, helping me get everything sorted and making sure I was ready for the big day. The car is exactly as described. It is lovely to drive, it feels like the right fit for me already.The only negative feedback I would give, would have to be the cleaning of the vehicle. The inside was immaculate; however, the outside seemed to still be dirty. The vehicle hadnt been dried properly allowing pools of water to gather and dry on the vehicle leaving large white spots. I will admit, the outside was never going to be perfect as it came over 300 miles. But I believe a little bit of attention to detail on the external cleaning would've been great.Massive thank you to Wayne for sorting this all out and making it such a smooth process! That was a five-star experience!Having seen a car online, I contacted Llanelli Motor Company and was put in touch with Wayne. Throughout the process, he went above and beyond to put me at ease, with no hard sell or pressure, and answering all my questions.I part exchange my vehicle for a fair price without haggling! As I was traveling 3 and a half hours from Dorset, I didn't want to be messed around or a waste of my time, which it wasn't! Wayne stayed true to everything we discussed and agreed upon over the phone.I drove away with an even better Mercedes CLA than the pictures and I had envisioned... he even made some personalised plates for me free of charge after hearing I had recently purchased a new registration through the DVLA. This was a really nice touch.I would give 6 stars if I could. My new car still makes me smile every time I look at it, and I am very satisfied with the service I received.
