Do not trust, they sent me a fault engine under warranty. Fitted engine and it is smoky now I have to take out the engine again costing me £400 labour, ship it back to them for £78 and I got an apology for my loses. If the apology is good enough for you then this is the right company to deal with

Can only speak to their vehicle recycling services, but the customer service, speed of service and honesty were all impeccable. Can't find a single fault and would use their services again. Found them via MotorWise on Wednesday, they gave me the best offer for my car, had a phone call Thursday to arrange collection, driver arrived to collect Friday. Exact amount of money quoted paid into my bank on Tuesday. 100% recommend.

They have a extremely rude member of staff named Emily who spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner and made me feel so down, I will not return to this auction again due to the experience I had. I came from really far and explained that there was an accident along the route which made me 3mins late and I was told by Emily that she doesn’t care that I came from far and it’s not her problem. This is not how you speak to any customer, she also made it clear that it’s to do with my ethnicity as she was nice to another guy who came at the same time. Is this the kind of people that this company hires?

It is difficult to call it an auction.The car was just put up for auction and immediately someone raised the price from £200 to £5,000 and then to £7,000, and it was done every second by £100 (this can be seen in the bidding history), although there are still a few days until the end of the auction.I will never believe that a real buyer himself would increase the rate by such an amount when it is almost a week before the end. Auctions and insurance companies are just scams!!!

For scrap: Had the pleasure of dealing with this company. Service was faultless. From my Internet issues, pick up was arranged by phone. Text confirming etc. Pick up driver was a gentleman, in country lanes and a letter wrong on the postcode. I made the mistake of giving wrong v5 log book details but the team sorted the issue with no drama and Grace. Even sent old one back! Thank you Jonny and your team.

Bought a gearbox from this company.Sent the wrong gearbox. The company said they would send the correct box. The box never came. Rang this company a number of times to sort out. Refund was made but had to get another box elsewhere. Now £300 out of pocket for the fitting of the wrong gearbox to my car.Stay clear of this company because if you have a problem they just fob your off to cover their mistakes.

FRAUD - THIEVE - EXPLOITATIONPoorly managed, Lying Company, who will be so desperate for your 50/60£ for services that they do not provide.The last time I purchased a car from this company the car was listing as working but actually wasn't.The car had headlights in the picture turned up with no headlights.I purchased many cars online- This company blocked my account and refuses to re-open, unless I pay them a re-listing fee.By the way I attempted to pay for the car on the second day after winning the bidding. They have to keep for one week without charging me anyway.EXPLOITATION at its maximumRUDE STAFFLIERSJUST AVOID AT ALL COST IN MY OPINION
