NorthCoast Customs have done a great job, every time I have used them. They picked the bike up and returned it for a sensible price, got the work done sooner than expected and kept the price down. Needed unexpected work done and they let me know beforehand and they repared the fault (new seals), rather than buying an entire new part. Happy with them every time they have worked on the bike.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great garage.We were doing the NC500 and my bike had some trouble with the chain and sprockets. They sorted us out. NCC helped us locate the parts elsewhere and put in some extra time to fix my bike once we got them delivered. Ensuring it ran smoothly for many miles to come (and getting me back home).Can't be more thankful. Great service, great people, very knowledgeable and they offered us coffee and biscuits.

Had to get a rear tyre at short notice; Stevie sourced one, called me back and arranged the fitting while I waited. Mechanics who fitted it were sound too and very knowledgeable. Great place, and they sell a diverse range of bikes and bike stuff, all at great prices. Genuine biker garage.

Great shop in Inverness, they did a last minute tyre change during my recent Scotland trip. Called up and they had the tyre I needed in stock and were able to fit it the next day. In and out in no time and back on our way - highly recommended

Recently done a tour of Scotland on my multistrada only to wake up with a flat tyre at hotel in Inverness. Luckily we were only 2mile away north coast customs. They were extremely helpful and efficient and can't recommend them enough.

Last Tuesday, I (BMW GS/K50) was riding with a friend (BMW R1150RT) from the north of Scotland towards Dingwall. Shortly before the finish, my friend's front tyre suddenly lost all air. The valve was ripped off. With difficulty we found a recovery service and asked them to take us to BMW Motorrad Arnold Clark in Inverness. We parked the bike there at night and came back around 9 o'clock the next morning. Then we experienced the real disaster. We heard 3 essential phrases:1) We only have one mechanic, and he is busy.2) We don't do tyres3) We can't help youBMW charges up to an obscene £35,000 for a motorbike, and can't (or won't) even fix a trivial puncture. This is scandalous.Fortunately, North Coast Customs" exists. I went there and was greeted in a very friendly manner. The first words I heard were: "Don't worry
