We have just bought a Flavel Emberglow balanced flue gas fire from Dave at Gas and Stove and had it fitted by his recommended guys very professional on all fronts friendly and knowledgeable Dave was trading in Derby so great that he has moved to Burton. Within 15 minutes the room is lovely and warm hopefully will save us some money. First class experience

Hi, I bought a valor dream dimension eletric fire. My wife and I are very pleased with the fire, great quality . The service Dave gave me was fantastic. A search on Google showed this company to offer best price for a Dimplex Adagio Black/Nickel fire I was after but never having heard of them I searched the web & couldn't find any reviews. I then decided to check Dimplex own site and the company did show as an authorised dealer so took the risk & ordered. From that point on this company has provided the best customer support I've had with friendly contact from Dave Harris keeping me updated all the way with great early delivery via courier UKMail. 5 Star without any hesitation!
