Chris did all the viewings to a great standard Allison and Joanne were perfect at communicating with our buyers and solicitors, they are all so pleasant and friendly puts your mind at ease knowing they are doing all the hard work, they sold our property in just 9 days. Appalling phone staff.I reached out to this agent as a first time buyer and was rudely shouted down to by the lady on the other side (Alison Bentley?). I haven’t purchased a property before, nor do I work in this industry, so I wasn’t familiar with a property “search”. I asked for clarification and the agent suddenly became very agitated, and extremely patronising, and proceeded to shout whilst she repeated what she had said already.I haven’t had this before, as other estate agents are usually very helpful in supporting me through this process as a first time buyer, but unfortunately this hasn’t been my experience here.

I would thoroughly recommend Bolton Properties. They offer very professional advice and good local knowledge. The team have been very supportive in all my dealings with them over the last few years.

Absolute pleasure to work with. Made the purchase of my new home as easy as possible ( first time buyer blues). Helpful, very approachable, very responsive. Would definately recommend.

Wasted my daughters time and money. She decided to purchase a property through this agency. Vendor was slow from the very beginning and Agency worker admitted that there were issues with documents that were submitted very late. 2 weeks ago agency contacted us that the vendor is going on holiday for few weeks and would like to speed up the process- which we did and submitted all documents next day- yet there was no response from the vendor or the agency when my daughter asked to see the property before exchanging contracts. NOW we received call from Chris saying that the vendor withdrawn coz she is moving back to the property ? The property she never lived in coz it was a rented property? The vendor probably went on holiday and couldn't be bothered to finish the process and Chris lied to us that the reason was completely different. We still have to pay for all work done by our solicitors and could avoid it if they would let us know that vendor have very limited time to close the transaction. I do not recommend this agency to anyone. They will lie to you. Please don't waste your time and money with them !

Every member of staff I spoke to throughout every part of the buying process was super helpful, informative, and got back to me quickly with everything I asked about. Would highly recommend them, and having had communication with many estate agents throughout my time searching for a home, Bolton Properties definitely stood out as having the best customer service by far!

Can't speak highly enough of the efficient way they handled all of my enquiries, having been relocated to the North West for business. There was an overriding sense of panic to get something sorted but the BP team were quickly on the case for my wife. There was an attention to detail and integrity that I seldom get moving around the South for my work. Special mention to Chris Baron, who was considerate and communicative at all times. Thank you
