It inside ASDA, and not organised that much. Too many info every where. Staff are taking too long to greet a customers as the waiting is long.Price is too expensive for A4 printing. Waste if time travelling to get things done this shop.

Asda: pay attention. This tenant is wasting the public's time. They say you're welcome to pick up your photos. They don't say, actually we're closed at 6pm so you can't pick up your photos. I'll never use them again. And it has well put me off Asda as well.

Unprofessional staff working there as well as rude. I visited this branch on asda Narborough Road on 20/06/23 5:30 and asked for prices of their wall frames. The lady who is working there very rude telling me she doesn't know the price can anyone tell me who should know??? Me and my wife visited there to buy one of their frames for our anniversary, but she gave us very unprofessional customer service!! When I asked her name to make a complaint, she covered her badge, and she said her name is Bell !!

Visited today 7/12/21 to print some photos. The staff member was too busy talking and complaining to her friend to assist me despite me asking her on 2 occasions for help. In the end I just left without my prints as I was clearly an inconvenience and her conversation was clearly more important than customer care. I will go to the Beaumont leys store as service there is always impeccable.

Nick is an absolute delight, to talk to! He is very good at his job and knows exactly what to do with photos. He is very honest and kind when printing off sensitive photos and has a massive heart. Can talk all dolay with him about cats and dogs, as he too is a huge animal lover. Lovely chatting to Nick will be coming back for a very long time!

I went to Max Spielmann in Fosse Park to order a crystal with the image from my recently deceased grandfather and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Nick and Bell were incredibly kind to me and showed me so much compassion. The product itself also arrived faster than expected and the results are amazing. Thank you so much!
