Lizi was amazing from start to finish, friendly but professional, she made me feel very welcome. The treatment was by far the best I have ever had better than any of the 5 star hotels and spas I have been too. She has helped me find a fantastic but affordable skincare regime which works with my hectic lifestyle, the results have been amazing. I can't wait to revisit next month.

Had the most amazing Medik8 facial with Lizi at the beautiful Retreat Room last night. Lizi is very knowledgeable about all skin types and took time in understanding my personal needs. I was sad when the facial was finished. Would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

I had the most amazing facial at the retreat room yesterday. Lizi is a fantastic therapist. I felt completely at ease and relaxed during my treatment in her lovely therapy room. This was by far the very best facial I have had with the addition of glorious neck, arm and hand massage. Lizi also gave me invaluable advice about my skincare. Highly recommend. Thank you Lizi

My mum recently went to The Retreat Room and loved it so much she asked me to post a review for her: I cannot praise Lizi highly enough. I was gifted a treatment for my birthday and chose the platinum facial with light treatment and Indian head massage. I have been back for a second visit and will be booking a third. Pure professionalism, superb treatments and felt like I had truly been pampered. Lizi is a truly lovely person and really caters to your individual needs. Ten stars from me!

I had a wonderful experience at the Retreat Room. Lizi made me feel so relaxed and comfortable - no easy feat at 8 months pregnant! The treatment room is a beautiful calm space and the facial was lovely, my skin was glowing for days after - I will definitely be returning.

I have just had the best facial of my life. Lizi is amazing. Everything was tailored specifically to my skin needs cleansing, toning, steaming, extracting and massaging my face. She spent so much time recommending a simple regime for me to make some long term skin improvements. What a treat and so informative. Thank you ⭐️

This was the most amazing facial I have ever had. Lizi was knowledgeable about the skin and products and has chosen well. The facial massage was firm and slow and so relaxing. My skin felt glowing afterwards and still does today. Would highly recommend and definitely go back. Thank you so much Lizi xx
