Overcharges on parts and services already completed.I put my car in for an MOT. I got a call saying my car was ready for collection and it had passed. When I came to collect it they charged me £45 instead of the £35 I booked it online for. Went to collect the keys and a mechanic told me that my car shouldn't have passed because my 2 front tyres were worn to the point of the metal strip was showing through. So, he didn't want to send me off with them like that as it was dangerous. At this point my lift had driven off, I couldn't get hold of them and I had somewhere to be.I asked how much 2 new tyres would be and I was told £60 each. Then they gave me keys to a car that I could borrow and pointed me in the direction of the main road. I walked down there pointing this key at all the cars trying to find the car they said for about 10 minutes. Defeated, I went back to the garage only to be told that the car is in Horsham! So off they sent me with another set of keys to a car that I could actually use.3pm comes and I get a call that my car is ready to collect. When I arrive I'm told it will be £187. I had only brought £120 with me as that was the price I was quoted. When I said that I was told it was £60 per tyre the older man in the office said it was an estimate

Since I moved to Sussex, just over a year ago I have always taken my cars to Neil and his boys over at Alpha Autos. He is the man! I have had several problems with both my Mk4 Golf gti and my Ford focus and they have always been able to fit me in, on the day, whenever I ring up. They have always fixed the problems at a very reasonable rate, as well as doing the mot on both cars. Very helpful local garage with the best service, good rates and a very helpful and friendly team. Would not go anywhere else as I know I can trust these guys 100%! 10/10 would highly recommend.

Very polite gentlemen unfortunately after I've paid £36 for diagnostics I been told that my alarm system isn't possible to fix unless we change or repair ECU unit £500-700.After visiting another garage problem was resolved by changing sensor ( at no cost )Get other quotes before you spend money here.

After booking online for an MOT, Service and an exhaust weld repair over/above 2 tyres through black circles I needed additional works done. I was quoted verbally £873inc VAT all in. I agreed to have the works done. When called that the works were done I was told it was actually £1,047. I questioned the cost as it wasnt the £873. They then recalculated it at £937. I reluctantly paid. Only a few days later to find the exhaust weld had not even been carried out and the exhaust pipe popped out again. I called them... no apology just agreed to take it in and fix the exhaust like they should have done in the first place. I wouldn't use them again for the sheer reason they seemed to change the price once the works had been done and have overcharged. Not to mention not even carrying out some of the works. I have no idea if any of the rest of the quoted works have been carried out as they are internal bits within the suspension and steering. Not a great service."

Collected our 2 year old campervan. Did a fantastic service, well priced, comms were great, very friendly personal guys. Definitely will be using again.

This is the worst garage I have ever been to! They haven't even carried out all the work I paid for. I rung them about this and rebooked it in. They then after bringing my car back a second time, still failed to complete the work I paid for, and lied about it. Also quoted me 895 for the work and tried charging me 1440 instead! They then agreed 1200 for a cash price, which of cause they insist on giving you no receipt or paper work for. These people are con men!

I'm ashamed to say but the guy from this garage even if it's a Romanian like me tried to charge me with £ 180 to replace front brake pads, fuel filter and thermostat. I thought is a joke first time but he really likes to overprice literally for everything meanwhile other garages asked for the same price including with parts... I don't know for others but for me is better to avoid this garage...
