I'm not entirely sure these guys should be allowed to operate. First, as many other have said, the business is faking all of its 5 star reviews. Reported to Google, as you're not even attempting to conceal it. Second, I'd advise anyone applying with these guys to just cancel their application. One of the most invasive, GDPR-breaching firms I've ever had to deal with and I've been in this game a long time. I really can't stand bullying firms like this, so next steps are to see how far (and for how long) the company has been doing this and let's see what legal options we have. For clarification, my daughter went through the application process and I've reviewed all of the correspondence. You'd think these big boys would be more conscious of the legal repercussions of what they do, but as with all these firms: you will not learn until the legal lessons are taught. You'll be hearing from my solictor, but in the meantime enjoy your Christmas break lettings hub!

The most frustrating and exhausting process I have been through. The lack of communication is staggering , everytime you call each individual just makes a supposed note on the system and apparently passes onto their manager and no one reverts you and next week you are still stuck.Will actively avoid dealing with you in future.Online experts are always busy. Phone rings out for hours. Being passed pillar to post. Ref: 10994083

I had a disappointing experience with Letting Hub Reference Company due to their severe lack of communication. The process was frustratingly slow, and attempts to reach them for updates were consistently met with silence. This lack of responsiveness made the entire experience unpleasant and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services based on this frustrating encounter.

We have recently started using the Letting Hub to outsource our tenancy referencing and onboarding procedures. I can confidently say that without a doubt this is the best software we use in our business. Our account manager Jennie has been at the end of the phone for me answering questions in a both helpful & supportive way - she has been amazing. I would recommend the Lettings Hub to absolutely everyone in need of a referencing company.

Too much personal info and prying into people’s privacy. This is the worst letting company I have encountered. Very slow , it takes forever to get verified. They do not communicate. How will you take up to 2 weeks to verify referencing just for a room accommodation. I find this ridiculous. The questions asked while filling the referencing form were to indulging, I feel like my personal info is been exposed. I do not advise any company to use this letting company. Slow, lack of communication and too many personal information and prying into one’s private info.

Genuinely awful service. I never really leave negative reviews, but this has been the most long-winded, exhausting journey.Claim they never received documents that they did in fact receive. Would also claim they needed no further information multiple times, then weeks would pass and there would be no progress on the application, only for you to wait about 2 hours on hold for multiple days to find out they had issues with your referencing that they never bothered to communicate with you.The team on the phone are usually condescending and patronising, don't actually listen to what you tell them, and most don't understand their job very well. I find this particularly interesting as my partner called and was not spoken to in the same tone I was.The livechat feature is a sham to be frank. After several messages I received a reply to one, 3 days later. It was an automated response.Even my letting agent informed me that they were useless, never respond and generally do not listen.You would think given the importance of such a service they would have a singular grain of competency between them. But it seems they have yet to find it.It would be faster for me to go to Peterborough myself rather than having to listen to their hold music for hours at a time, every day to talk to them about issues that they have caused and mistakes they have made.

I regret so much that I didn't read all of these reviews before paying the deposit for a flat. I'm nearly to be homeless because it takes them to make check me more than a week and emberassing thing they don't check properly documents provided and every time I have to write in email and poiting out where to find info in the documents provided. Reply on my email takes 1 day, all lines are busy when you are trying to call. I'm terrified with potential living experience with such a customer service.Avoid it as much as you can to avoid unnecessary the stress!
