I bought my first bike (the one with Spiderman/superman colours) with flat tires and couldn't pump; went to these guys and they fixed it in 2 minutes (for free also!).Furthermore, they arranged my seat so I can be more comfortable. What better service can you ask for ? I highly recommend them

RETIRED CALIFORNIAN TOURIST NEEDED HELP! Don't they all?Whilst on a tour of Lancashire my 10 year old French made e-bike broke down in the middle of nowhere. I got to Liverpool by train and started looking for a repair shop on line After waisting some time going to a couple of shops that don't even exist anymore, I got over to Rolling Fix on Breck Road in Everton and immediately felt I had found the right place. They were kind and understanding and appreciated that I was pressed for time. Tom, the owner, explained what needed doing (major part of wiring loom, controller, gaskets, a new Gromit) and said that they would pull all the stops out to get me back on the road, hopefully the same day. And they did.I do think there is a shortage of good e-bike repair places. I feel I got lucky in finding Rolling Fix. I wish they were near me.Graham,Berkeley, Ca. USA.

Staff are polite and professional, and if you need a part and they order it the part comes through quickly and is fitted quickly. When I went back to pick my daughter's bike up they explained to me what it was they did. Overall excellent service polite staff and low wait times would definitely recommend.

Good customer service.I went for the first time trying to buy an air pump, the guy that was helping me offered the cheapest one, and even when I picked a slightly more expensive he explained that it was the same quality. It was so nice that for a change someone was not trying to push a purchase on me and instead of that remained honest. (Ended up buying the more expensive anyways)Also, it took me a while to decide and the guy was very patient.
