medneo Imaging Centre - MRI and Ultrasound

Pleasant and streamlined experience. Same day MRI requested by my clinic close by. Process when I attended was simple, polite and professional. The venue itself is very clean and relaxing. Radiographers Emma and Peter were really nice, and great DJ's too! They send you a link to access your images immediately, this was a really simple process. For a previous MRI I got at another clinic they give you a CD which you then need a device with a disc drive which isn't always convenient.Overall very happy with MedNeo

Absolutely amazing service. The receptionist was very welcoming & the care I received from Emma and Victor was absolutely amazing. I was very anxious & they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. I couldn't have done it without their kindness. Thank you so so much.

I went for an MRI at Medneo and was quite nervous. Emma one of the Radiographers was so kind and supportive to me during the entire process. She went above and beyond her job to make me feel comfortable. I would recommend medneo because of Emma. Thank you so much for being so lovely.

I have severe claustrophobia and was dreading having an MRI. However Peter & Denise were so lovely and patient and put me at ease right away. Everything was explained and I wasn’t rushed at all. Peter kept talking to me and letting me know how much time was left throughout the scan. The room is bright and airy and I was given ear plugs and headphones to wear and allowed to delft the music I wanted to listen to. Even though I still kept my eyes shut throughout the scan - it went by quickly and I never felt panicky like I have during other MRIs. I will always come back to this Medneo location for any future scans as it truly was a great experience and exceeded my expectations.:) Big thanks to Peter & Denise!!

Really efficient operation here. I was in the scanner within 10 minutes of my arrival and I received an email containing my images before I’d left the building. Excellent work form Viktor and Emma working the machines.

I cannot recommend Medneo highly enough. From the first point of contact with the polite and friendly receptionist through to meeting Peter and Emma, also both friendly and professional, everything went smoothly. You are made to feel very welcome and feel reassured knowing you are in good hands. Given the scanner is cold, Peter offered a blanket. When finished I couldn't wait for a cup of tea but couldn't figure out how to use the machine so Peter made it for me, much to my delight.All in all a first class service.Thanks guys!

Emma and Viktor were lovely, made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and ensured I was happy
