I love this shop!!! I wanna shout it from the roof tops lol. So helpful in store and the 2 ladies that served me today was sooooo lovely. I can honestly say, hand on heart, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I would just like to say the staff at Merthyr Tydfil all give absolutely outstanding customer service, Mandy, Nicola and Ben are all a pleasure to speak to and cannot help enough and have outstanding product knowledge. A special thankyou to Mandy for repairing my bracelet today which was bought for me for my 60th birthday so was very special ..I will definitely continue to shop at this store.

Had a lovely shopping experience here today. The two ladies who work in there were so helpful and guided us to the right purchase. They definitely know their stock without being pushy or overwhelming.Had our mum with us who had a bad hip, they kindly took a chair from the back to let her sit on.Beautiful shop with high quality goods.
