Since East Coast moved in next door to us Kasha has really enjoyed the yoga with Allison and we have both had amazing sports injury massages with Michelle....Both absolutlely brilliant in their professions showing that it need not cost the Earth to get the best ! Well done Steph and your team.

My daughter absolutely loves this place. All the staff are amazing and made her feel very welcome from day one. Her confidence has grown so much since starting and has came out of her shell massively. Would definitely recommend this place
