Kind friendly, family caring & they understand my needs in which they encouraging me out when in low mood. I do enjoy coming down even if it's just to watch. Love the atmosphere & interesting banter. Learning is fun & exercise at your own pace, to your own physical abilities. £8 per 2hrs session includes rest breaks and chats at the end.
